Palletizing - Packaging
This application is for bottle palletizing and it integrates a FD50N robot that uses a pneumatic gripper . The products are being delivered in the robot's working area using a belt conveyor. Once arrive in this area the products are stopped using a pneumatic actuator and separated in groups of 12 also using a pneumatically driven actuator. Given the current architecture of the pneumatic gripper, the robot can palletize 12 bottles at once . The robot's gripper is specially designed for this type of product.
Handling
Robots can be used in the most varied fields of activity, where handling of different parts and products can not be manually realised or can not ensure a safe and efficient handling. Robotic handling solves most of these issues whether it is the food industry, pharmaceutical or injection mould industry, material handling or logisics applications. This handling application integrates a FS003N Kawasaki robot, for electrical fuses. This application is specially designed for this type of product. The handling is realised with a pneumatic gripper.

Aluminium Casting
In aluminum casting applications, the use of industrial robots has become a necessity because of the increasing working pace and the harsh working conditions to which human operators were subjected. In pressurized casting applications, industrial robots are used to handle parts and to ensure mold lubrication or core introduction and reinforcements before casting. This type of application integrates a FS030 Kawasaki robot with a 30Kg payload.
Video Control
A video control application consists in the visual inspection of a part. By this video inspection, certain surface defects can be detected, the presence or absence of certain elements, measurements etc. Elements: KAWASAKI industrial robot, 3 vision systems for inspection, SCHUNK mechanical gripper.

Welding
Six-axis robots combined with additional axes are used for MIG/MAG/WIG welding, all directed by the same controller so as to obtain complex motion trajectories which favour the optimal positioning by the according welding process. In some situations, when the parts typology imposes it, a series of tactile sensors are used for tracking the welding arc, which increase the accuracy and quality of the welding as well as the welding speed. Spot welding can be achieved by the classic process with electrical resistance and pneumatically-driven pliers or by the friction process using a specially designed equipment developed by Kawasaki Heavy Industries, named FSJ (Friction Spot Joining).
