Self-centering vises

Our vises can be extremely delicate or exceptionally strong, always maintaining great repeatability precision. We have an infinite series of self-centering and non-mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic, with short or long stroke. We combine high clamping force with high jaw stroke.

Tooling for workstation

The indexing vise allows the complete processing, in a single loading and with a single locking, of four faces arranged at 90° (typical processing, for example of valve bodies), including the hidden face facing the table, reducing the time of processing and improving accuracy.

Deburring tools for machining center

Due to the unique cardanic suspension of the spindle it is possible to deburr around corners without changing the tool orientation. The pressure against the part is set by a pressure control valve. This allows a variation of the chamfer width. The tool is driven by an air spindle.
